Africa's Voice on Customer Experience

Write For Us

CXnewsAfrica is built on contributions from across the continent — CX leaders, journalists, consultants, and practitioners who understand their market better than anyone parachuting in from outside it. If you have a story, a data point, or an opinion that belongs in front of Africa's customer experience community, we want to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For

Country Correspondents. We're building a network of one vetted correspondent per key African market, reporting on local CX, banking, telecoms, retail and BPO news. This is an ongoing relationship, not a one-off piece — correspondents get a regular byline, a CICM certification credit, and (where budget allows) a small honorarium per piece.

Guest Experts. CX consultants, Chief Customer Officers, contact centre leaders, and academics are welcome to pitch thought-leadership columns and opinion pieces. This is a strong platform for building your personal brand and reaching a pan-African executive audience.

Open Submissions. Anyone with a relevant, well-argued, evidence-based story is welcome to submit. Our editorial team reviews every submission and works with first-time contributors to get it publication-ready.

How to Pitch

Send us a short pitch (2–3 sentences on your story idea, your angle, and why it matters now) rather than a finished draft. Include your name, title and organisation; a one-line summary of your story; any data, survey or source you'll be drawing on; and your location/market for Country Desk tagging.

We read every pitch. Response time is typically 3–5 business days.
